A calorie tracker where you just take a photo of your food

Food logging apps make you search a database and guess portion sizes, so most people stop using them within a week.

Build an app where logging a meal is one action: take a photo. The app identifies what is on the plate, estimates the portion, and saves it. Corrections take one tap and are remembered.

It needs to handle real meals, not stock photos. Food under sauce, half eaten plates, and home cooking with no packaging.

It should show how confident it is instead of inventing a precise number, and let people export their data.

Web first, so it works from a phone camera without an app store review.
